After Care Instructions

  • H2O

Hydrated tissue functions and recovers more optimally that dehydrated tissue, so drinking water before and after a massage helps decrease muscle recovery time, post-massage soreness, headaches, fatigue, and nausea.

  • SALT

Salt baths aid in muscles recovery and decrease post-massage soreness, muscle spasms and strains, and lower stress and cortisol levels. Add 2.5 cups of salt to a hot bath and soak for a minimum of 20 minutes.

  • REST

Doing something strenuous after a massage can cause muscle strains and injuries. Low-impact activities such as walking, swimming, or yoga are encouraged.
