Teri Bedenbaugh

Hi my name is Teri Bedenbaugh. I started my journey in massage therapy at Alpha School of Massage in Jacksonville, FL, February of 2010. It’s funny how you can love and have a passion for something now that you had no idea you would be doing 8 years ago, but that is definitely how it happened for me. My daughter, Mallory Johndrow, wanted to attend massage school in Jacksonville but I wasn’t going to let her drive alone at night, so I decided to attend with her. And now, 8 years later, I couldn’t be more excited to serve your massage needs in Lake City, FL.

We have always wanted to open a studio together from our school days and now our dream has been realized with Sol Studio. I hope that you find it to be a relaxing and productive experience every time you visit.

“My name is Mallory, and I’ve been an LMT (Licensed Massage Therapist) since the beginning of 2011. Before school in 2010, I had aspirations to work on a cruise ship. Thankfully, that dream died quickly once I started learning therapeutic techniques that could help people have a better quality of life. My dreams and aspirations started to change, and that’s when my mom and I began wanting to open an establishment together. I cannot tell you what a joy it is to not only realize a dream but to finally be able to serve you alongside one of the most important people in my life. It’s my desire for you to feel welcomed, relaxed, and cared for at our studio, and I look forward to your visit.”

“When I was nine my mother got remarried, My step Father is in a wheel
chair caused by an accident that completely severed his spinal cord.
Because of their new relationship, my life changed very drastically. I
very quickly became more aware of peoples limitations and vowed to be
more sensitive and to help in anyway I could. Through different career
endeavors this was always a characteristic I have been proud to carry
with me. Fast forward to 2019, I did some soul searching looking for
something that made me feel proud and accomplished, which happened to be Massage, something I had been interested in from a very young age. After
a huge leap of Faith, I was living in Jacksonville and completely dove
head first into a Neuromuscular styled schooling. For the first time in
my life, I felt a sense of accomplishment and I was very eager to see
what my future held. Fast forward to the present and I am very thankful
for everything I have learned. I have been able to help patients with
muscle related distortions and and daily physical aches and pains.”
